0 Xaviera Carter Sharron was awesome. Sharron made the process of selling my home some simple. The entire time I wasn’t stressed or anything. Sharron kept me up to speed and fully knowledgeable about what was going on. I even learned some things that I wasn’t ware of when I bought my home. I informed Sharron of the needs what I wanted and she fought for them. When Sharron and I look for my next home I will have more of an insight on things to expect. Plus, now that I have a great realtor the process will be a breeze!!!

Sharron was always readily accessible and helped me navigate through the process of finding my first home. She provided listing recommendations, but was also very open to scheduling viewings of properties I found on my own. Her recommendations for services (inspectors, attorney, electrician, etc) were great, and I have been very pleased with the experience overall. I love my new home and appreciate all her help making a stressful process (relatively) fun!

0 Shannon Murphy Sold a Townhouse home in 2020 in Huntersville, NC. Sharron has been a God send, literally. I had been under contract to sell my townhome but then Covid-19 took over the world and the buyer backed out. I was forced to relist but without being able to show the house. Working with only the pictures I took of my home (vs. professional pics), Sharron was able to list my house and just over a week later we had an offer. Once under contract, trying to work with new social distancing/quarantine guidelines, I had a few moments of being completely stressed out. But throughout, Sharron worked with me patiently, guiding me and praying with/for me. I could not have asked for a better person to help me with the selling of my house. Sharron truly cares about her clients and goes above and beyond to explain every detail of the sale and answer questions! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home.
